Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates Instructor & Owner

Born and raised in the vibrant South Bay, Hilary’s affinity for dance blossomed at the tender age of three. It was during her rigorous pre-professional classical ballet training that she developed a profound fascination with the intricacies of the human body. This passion seamlessly transitioned into her role as an educator and healer, driven by her desire to share her expertise and facilitate healing for those in need. Hilary’s journey into teaching began at the age of 12 at Lauridsen Ballet Centre, assisting with ballet classes and summer camps, eventually leading to her instructing classical ballet at 17. Pursuing her academic interests, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Dance from California State University, Northridge. Subsequently, she honed her skills as a Certified Pilates Instructor specializing in Dance through comprehensive training at BASI Pilates under Karen Clippinger.

Driven by her unwavering commitment to advancing her understanding of the human body and its mechanics, Hilary pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA.

Despite her demanding professional pursuits, Hilary’s passion for dance remains undiminished. She continues to immerse herself in ballet classes and performances throughout Southern California. Over the years, Hilary has garnered extensive experience treating dancers and active individuals across various orthopedic settings.

Inspired by her profound belief in the transformative power of rehabilitation and the pursuit of one’s passions, Hilary established Replenish Physical Therapy & Dance Performance.
